Frost City is located in the University Ave area. They specialize in shaved ice cream in all kinds of flavors, from milk tea, chocolate, cantaloupe, and durian! Pictured are raspberry and milk tea, I had the raspberry. The texture felt like they shaved a solid block of raspberry flavored ice cream. Each piece was free flowing, and a single shaving could be picked up with the mini spoon with the right skill! It truly is an experience everyone needs to try.
